如何申请 for a 住房 Contract

Before You Start 的 Contract:

  • 的 2024-25 academic 一年 住房合同 will be available Friday, December 1, 2023 at 3 p.m. (MST).
  • 新学生 applying between December 1, 2023 和 January 31, 2024 将会在 优先级组A 自行分配房间.

    4. 考虑住在 Residential Learning Community. You’ll be asked if you’re interested in living in a Residential Learning Community, so it’s a good idea to review 的 Residential Learning Communities to see if you’d like to call one of 的se communities home.
    5. 房屋等级 in your order of preference. If you selected a Residential Learning Community, you’ll be placed in 的 hall where 的 Residential Learning Community resides. 这并不 guarantee you’ll be assigned to your top-tier preference 和 will only be used if you don’t assign yourself to a room in step 8 below.

    8. Select your room (not available for spring contracts). You’ll be able to select your room based on which priority group you’re assigned to, which is based on 的 日期 we received your completed 住房 和 餐厅 Contract. “找房间” link will be activated in your contract when your assigned priority 组已被安排.

Before You Start 的 Contract:

Aims2UNC学生
的 University of Nor的rn Colorado 和 Aims have teamed up to make your transition to UNC supportive 和 seamless. As soon as you’re identified as an Aims2UNC学生 你有资格 submit an 网上房屋合同 的 first 一年 you start at Aims. You must be taking at least one class at UNC to be eligible for UNC 住房.

  • Completing 的 住房 Contract

If you currently live on campus, you can sign up for a space during our 争取权利运动 和 live on campus with us again. You can sign up to live in 的 学生宿舍, a 程式化的房子 或者一间公寓 阿灵顿公园. If you complete 的 程式化的房子 or 阿灵顿公园 Apartments contract, you’ll be placed on a waiting list 和 contacted if a room is available for you. 返回 居民有更多 膳食计划选择.

If you choose not to return to live on campus but want to carry a 膳食计划, you can still complete a UNC餐饮合同.

This is for students currently living on campus (in 的 学生宿舍 or university-owned houses) who are interested in moving into 阿灵顿公园 for 的 2024-25 academic 一年 or incoming students interested in living in 阿灵顿公园 for 的 2024-25 academic 一年.

  • 的 Find an Apartment link will only be available to new incoming residents who have submitted an application for 阿灵顿公园 Apartments for 的 2024-25 Academic Year.
  • In submitting your application, you are eligible for access to 的 Find an Apartment 链接到 2024年6月30日.
  • Students who apply for 阿灵顿公园 Apartments between 2023年12月4日- 21日 将会在 优先级组A 和 will have access to 的 Find an Apartment link 开始 2024年1月17日.

扩展校园 和 研究生 Students - Summer Programs

Summer students will live in South Hall or North Hall. 的se 学生宿舍 are part of 的 Ridge Neighborhood, located on 的 West Campus. 的 Ridge Neighborhood is within walking distance of Holmes 餐厅 Hall, 的 校园娱乐 Center, Turner Green, Campus Commons, 的 University Center 和 的 West Campus academic buildings.
